Wanner the local bakery

 This is the front door of our local bakery there are many in the town this one is just closest. It is sort of like a little cafe with foods like quiche, german sandwiches,coffee, cake(bland cake) sweets here arent as sweet as in usa.

 We like to buy loaves of bread here and they have a machine that cuts it before our eyes, Liam always wants to watch it. The bread on base (brands that are the same as back home) has been shipped from the states so it has been frozen for the journey-at least that is what i think since it seems heavier and not as good as stuff from back home.

This bread was new this time I came into the bakery. It is a Christmas time bread, they have a huge cutting block that it is on and you tell her how much you want and then she will weigh it to determine the cost. So, we ate it to see what it was and I can tell there are raisins-that is easy-some sort of nut maybe pistachio,sugars on top and there is a seasoning in it I cant tell. it is sort of heavy so thin slices is the way to eat it. It is ok. but I wish I knew more about it.
