German "bug"

So, I have been sick yuck. It has been over a week of ups and downs. and i can not seem to shake this bug. In fact, it seems to be changing. One day that I was feeling a little better and wanted to clean the house and was doing laundry. Laundry room is down stairs so hauling laundry up the 4 floors or just down the one,  is actually a work out. Anyways, I somehow tripped and fell landing on my toes -of both feet. so now i have black and blue toes that really felt broke for the first 2 days. Silly stairs. All the house we have seen are very similar in how the stairs are set up. Straight up.
